What is covered
Defects in materials and workmanship, like a seam that fails or a zipper that splits under normal use.
What is not covered
Normal wear and tear, accidents and damage from misuse. We can often repair these for a small fee.
How to make a claim
Contact us with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will repair, replace or refund the item.
